My Weight Loss journey: In Year 2020 January, I was of 56 to 58 kg's I guess that was only because I was staying in hostel and we all now about hostel food, also after office hours I used to do some exercises as well. However when this covid came we all moved to our home towns and started having home cooked food with lot of yemiee dishes but the worst factor was that i was not getting time from my office to do some physical activity walking, exercise etc and this lead to increase in my weight from 58 to 65 along with thyroid problem.
